A survey  of over 400 structures (prevalently restaurant, Pizzeria, and hotels) in the best-known tourist itineraries in the province of Parma: the Roads of Wine and Flavours (Boletus Mushroom in Borgotaro, Parma Ham and Wines from the Hills of Parma, ‘Culatello’ from Zibello) and Arts and the Courts (itinerary in search of the Renaissance, connected to the Circuit of the castles in the Duchy), sites connected to Verdi, the Spa towns.
 
This survey of the hotels and restaurants was required in order to check the accessibility for users with special dietary requirements, allergies, special needs, the elderly.
 
The 400 structures in the survey are an integral part of the data bank on accommodation available in the portal.
